Human Rights Commission <br />Human Rights Commission Meeting Minutes <br />March 20, 2013 <br />The Human Rights Commission (HRC) meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. Chair <br />Grefenberg requested staff call the roll. <br />Approve Agenda <br />Commissioner Brisbois moved and Commissioner Doneen seconded a motion to <br />approve the agenda as distributed. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Approve Minutes <br />Commissioner Brisbois moved and Commissioner Becker seconded a motion to <br />approve the January 16, 2013 meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed ( Doneen <br />abstained). <br />Commissioner Doneen moved and Commissioner Groff seconded a motion to approve <br />the February 20, 2013 meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed (Grefenberg <br />abstained). <br />Public Comment <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Commission on an item not on <br />the agenda, the chair moved to the next agenda item. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Program Planning Committee <br />Commissioner Groff thanked Chair Grefenberg for the Student Essay Contest <br />presentation to the Council this past Monday. He complimented the Youth <br />Commissioners for their efforts as well. He indicated he spoke with the families of <br />the winning students who expressed appreciation for the event. <br />Commissioner Brisbois agreed, noting the reception location worked well. <br />
