<br />'- <br /> <br />Extrad Of Minutes Of Meeting Of The <br />City Council Of The City Of Roseville <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Friday, the <br />12th day of March, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wall <br />and the following voted against the same: Wiski <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9636 <br />Resolution Extending the Review Period for <br />Lyndale Garden Center's <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit and Variance <br />2525 North Snelling, Roseville (PF3096) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lyndale Garden Center has requested a conditional use permit for outdoor <br />display/sales and is requesting a fence height variance around the outside sales area on property <br />generally located at 2525 North Snelling Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br />request on February 10, 1999, and, after said public hearing recommended approval of the <br />requests which recommendation was forwarded to the City Council meeting of February 22, 1999; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of February 22,1999, directed the staff to <br />review any additional options that may be available and return to the Council with its findings <br />of fact and a resolution to extend the review time (if additional study time was needed); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 60 day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, ends on <br />March 13, 1999; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff, on behalf of the City, is requesting the Council extend the review <br />period for up to sixty (60) days, with the intent to work with the applicant to resolve traffic issues <br />relating to Oakcrest Avenue and complete the study of the left turn capacity on Snelling and on <br />Fairview; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Lyndale Garden Center, for <br />a conditional use permit for outdoor display/sales and a fence height variance around the outside <br />sales area, be extended for 60 days, from March 13, 1999, to May 13,1999. <br />
