<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the <br />22nd day of March, 1999, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wall <br />and the following were absent: Wiski <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9638 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RE-DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTION <br />OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, 3096 CLEVELAND AVE. (PF3072) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ron Dolle, 3096 Cleveland Avenue North, has requested Council approval <br />of a minor subdivision to re-describe and correct a lot line over which a portion of his house <br />was built, said property being legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Rochat's Addition, Ramsey <br />County, MN., and being generally located at 3096 Cleveland Avenue North; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ron Dolle had found that his building addition to his home extends over <br />the south property line of his property and encroaches into the property of Jime and Deb <br />Schreier by approximately 2.4' and is therefore considered non-conforming resulting in an <br />unclear title to the Dolle site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ron Rolle has requested the adjoining/affected property owners, Jim and <br />Deb Schreier, sell him enough property (approximately 177 sJ.) to provide enough space for <br />the Dolle addition and to create a 3' setback between the Dolle budiling wall and a new <br />property line, which sale Jim and Deb Schreier have concurred with; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Certificate of Survey has been submitted (dated 08.03.98) for the re- <br />description and correction of said parcel as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Rochat's Addition, together with that part of Lot 4, Block 1, Rochat's <br />Addition, described as commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence on an <br />assumed bearing of South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, along the north line <br />of said Lot 4, 50.21 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence <br />continuing South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 30.09 feet; thence South 02 <br />degrees 02 minutes 02 seconds West, 6.42 feet; thence North 87 degrees 57 minutes 58 <br />seconds West, 30.07 feet; thence North 02 degrees 02 minutes 02 seconds East, 5.35 feet <br />to the point of beginning, all in Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br />
