<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans

<br />and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were
<br />17
<br />received on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and
<br />18
<br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Arnt Construction Company, Inc, is the lowest responsible bidder

<br />for the Base Bid and Alternate No.2 for the tabulated price of $ 2,074,519.50, and

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,

<br />Minnesota that the City of Roseville concurs with the decision by the City of Shoreview to
<br />24
<br />enter into a contract with Arnt Construction Company, Inc. for $ 2,074,519.50 for the above
<br />25
<br />improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the
<br />26
<br />City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,

<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , and
