~ Extrad Of Minutes Of Meeting Of The City Council Of The City Of Roseville * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of March, at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wall and the following members were absent: Wiski Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9640 Resolution Extending the Review Period for Lois Olson's Request for a CONCEPT approval of a Business PUD at 1944 Lexington Avenue North, Roseville (PF3077) WHEREAS, Lois Olson has requested Concept approval of a business PUD encompassing the renovation of the existing 4,000 s.t: Cryogenic structure, a 1,600 s.t: addition on the front (west) for retail use and 7,462 sJ. addition to the rear (east) for warehousing and retail use, for property located at 1944 Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request on March 10, 1999, and, after said public hearing recommended continuation of the request to the April 14 meeting pending submittal of additional information on building setbacks, architectural design, and landscaping; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended that the City Council extend the review period an additional 60 days to allow the applicant additional time to conduct meetings and provide revised plans to City Staff for consideration; and WHEREAS, the 60 day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, ends on April 24, 1999; and, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Lois Olson, for a Business Planned Unit Development, be extended for 60 days, from April 24, 1999, to June 23, 1999.
