Request by Planning Division for Approval of a ZONING TEXT CHANGE <br /> to several sections of City Code, Title 10 (Zoning) for the Correction of Ty- <br /> pographical and punctuation errors <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1436 entitled, <br /> "An Ordinance Amending Selected Text of Chapter 1001 (Introduction) and 1011 <br /> (Property Performance Standards) of Title 10 `Zoning Code' of the Roseville City <br /> Code;" based on Sections 4-6 of the RCA dated May 13, 2013. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Approve Joint Powers Agreement with the State of MN Permitting the City's <br /> Prosecuting Authority to Participate in eCharging <br /> Councilmember Laliberte noted, in her review of the various Joint Powers <br /> Agreements, there was no specific dollar amount, such as had been estimated for <br /> the equipment connection fee of between $100.00 to $700.00 and the $15.00 <br /> monthly access fee. Councilmember Laliberte questioned if there was any limit <br /> to the number of transactions or for access based on those costs. <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan advised that, to his knowledge, there was no limit to <br /> the number of transactions available for the $15.00 monthly access fee for the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney's firm. Regarding the differential in the equipment connec- <br /> tion fee, Mr. Gaughan advised that this amount was pending until his firm deter- <br /> mined if they wanted one or all four of their prosecuting attorneys and/or three <br /> paralegals to have access from their computer stations. Mr. Gaughan advised that <br /> his firm prosecuted for four different municipalities, which resulted in significant <br /> cost savings for the City of Roseville. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11069 entitled, <br /> "Resolution Approving State of Minnesota Joint Powers Agreements with the <br /> City of Roseville on Behalf of its Prosecuting City Attorney; and authorizing the <br /> Mayor and City Manager to execute the document(s). <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> j. Approve Joint Powers Agreement with the City of St. Paul for a Connection <br /> to their Records Management System <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, authorizing the City of Roseville to enter <br /> into an updated Joint Powers Agreement with the City of St. Paul, to provide <br /> wireless field reporting and a records management system for the Roseville Police <br /> Department. <br />
