Action taken on a subdivision <br />quasi-judicial <br />proposal is ; the City’s role is to determine the facts associated with the <br />request, and apply those facts to the legal standards contained in State Statute and City <br />Code. <br />1.0RA <br />EQUESTEDCTION <br />1 <br />Jason Westad (986 Millwood Avenue), Sarah Dahlke (2961 Chatsworth Street), <br />2 <br />Jacqueline Stiehl (2967 Chatsworth Street), Joan Blanchard (2983 Chatsworth Street), <br />3 <br />Annette Walker (2991 Chatsworth Street), and Ramsey County seek approval of a <br />4 <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan map change, zoning map change, and recombination <br />5 <br />minor subdivision <br /> to facilitate a minor realignment of the property lines delineating the <br />6 <br />boundaries between the residential properties and Lake Josephine County Park. <br />7 <br />2.0SR <br />UMMARY OF ECOMMENDATION <br />8 <br />The Planning Division concurs with the recommendation of the Planning Commission to <br />9 <br />approve the proposed changes, pursuant to Title 2 (Commissions), Title 10 (Zoning), and <br />10 <br />Title 11 (Subdivisions) of the City Code; see Section 7 of this report for the detailed <br />11 <br />recommendation. <br />12 <br />PF11-009_RCA_052013.doc <br />Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br />
