EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />1 <br />th <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 20day of May 2013 at 6:00 p.m. <br />2 <br />The following Members were present: _________________; <br />3 <br />and _________ wasabsent. <br />4 <br />Council Member _________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />5 <br />RESOLUTION NO. _____ <br />6 <br />A RESOLUTIONAMENDINGTHE 2030COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USEMAP <br />7 <br />INCONJUNCTION WITH THEMINOR RELOCATION OF PARCEL BOUNDARIES <br />8 <br />DELINEATING ADJACENTRESIDENTIAL AND PARKPROPERTY <br />9 <br />WHEREAS, Jason Westad (986 Millwood Avenue), Sarah Dahlke (2961 Chatsworth <br />10 <br />Street), Jacqueline Stiehl (2967 Chatsworth Street), Joan Blanchard (2983 Chatsworth Street), <br />11 <br />Annette Walker (2991 Chatsworth Street), and Ramsey County seek approval of a <br />12 <br />Comprehensive Plan land use map change to facilitate a minor realignment of the property lines <br />13 <br />delineating the boundaries between the residential properties and Lake Josephine County Park in <br />14 <br />order to correct the inadvertent encroachment of residential improvements into the abutting park <br />15 <br />property;and <br />16 <br />WHEREAS, on May 1, 2013 the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the <br />17 <br />proposed Comprehensive Plan land use map change and, at the conclusion of said public hearing, <br />18 <br />unanimously passed a resolution recommending the text amendment for adoption by the City <br />19 <br />Council as required by Section 201.07 of Roseville’s City Code.;and <br />20 <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed <br />21 <br />land use map change is consistent with the intent of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan; <br />22 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to adopt the <br />23 <br />proposed CP. <br />24 OMPREHENSIVE LAN LAND USE MAP CHANGE <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />25 <br />Member ________ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor:________; <br />26 <br />and ________ voted against. <br />27 <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />28 <br /> <br />
