Recommendations for future improvements (e.g., specific <br />public education tools). <br />A copy of the Contractor's annual report to MFD building <br />owners shall be included with the proposal. <br />6.04 Annual Performance Review Meeting to Discuss <br />Recommendations for Continuous Improvement <br />Upon receipt of the Contractors annual report, the City shall schedule <br />an annual meeting with the Contractor and the City's Public Works <br />Environment and Transportation Committee. <br />• Review Contractor's recommendations for improvement in the <br />City's rec ing program, including enhanced public education <br />and other opportunities. <br />• Review staff and Committee recommendations for improving <br />Contractor's service. <br />• Discuss other opportunities for improvement with the remaining <br />years under the current contract. <br />• Discuss actions Contractor is taking to reduce its carbon <br />6.05. Publicity, Promotion, and Education <br />The Contractor and the Recycling Coordinator shall work together in <br />the preparation and distribution of educational materials to insure <br />accurate information and program directions. Contractor shall pay for <br />the annual design, printing and mailing of at least 9,611 copies of a <br />26 <br />
