7.05. Performance Monitoring <br />Contractor's premises during normal busine hours <br />8. PAYMENT AN AGES <br />8.01. Term of Contract <br />The term of the new recycling contract will be a period of three years <br />from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016. Contractor may <br />submit an alternate proposal for a five -year contract covering January <br />1, 2014 through December 31, 2018. <br />8.02. Compensation for Services <br />The City agrees to pay the Contractor for recycling collection <br />services provided to the City as described in the proposal, and made <br />part of an executed contract, based on the number of units certified <br />by the City.
