H. Clothes, linens and rags collected from the City based on <br />the market price less the proposed processing cost per ton. <br />The market price used shall be the price paid by USAgain or <br />other designated clothing recycler. <br />Proposers must state on the price worksheet what percent of each <br />index /market price will be used for the gross revenue and the <br />proposed processing cost per ton for each commodity. <br />If a revenue sharing component is of (i.e. greater than zero <br />percent) for any commodity, each month the Contractor shall <br />provide, together with the monthly rebate to the City, adequate <br />documentation of the corresponding monthly estimate of tons of all <br />corresponding commodities collected from the City even in the case <br />where the City were to receive no rebate for the month. Also, the <br />Contractor shall provide copies of the referenced market indexes <br />with each monthly statement. The Proposers shall provide a detailed <br />explanation of how they will calculate the tonnage estimates in <br />conjunction with the required composition analysis in 7.03. <br />contract. <br />8.05. Liquidated Damages <br />he Contractor shall agree, in addition to any other remedies <br />available to the City, that the City may withhold payment from the <br />Co ractor in the amounts specified below as liquidated damages for <br />failure of the Contractor to fulfill its obligations. <br />The following acts or omissions shall be considered a breach of the <br />Agreement: <br />a) Missed Curbside Collection <br />$50 for each missed collection above two misses per <br />34 <br />
