Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: May 28, 2013 <br />Item Description: Josephine Heights Subdivision Preliminary Plans <br />Item No: 7 <br />Background: <br />Landmark 6 Roseville LLC has proposed a 6 lot subdivision on a large vacant parcel on the north <br />side of Millwood Ave. west of Victoria St. The City Council approve the preliminary plat with <br />some conditions regarding drainage and screening on May 20, 2013. City staff is reviewing the <br />preliminary public street and utility plans for comment back to the Developer. We have attached <br />the preliminary plan set for discussion at the meeting. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Discuss preliminary public improvements plan set. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
