Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: May 28, 2013 <br />Item Description: Recycling Contract Draft RFP <br />Item No: 6 <br />Background: <br />The Commission finalized the Community Values chart at your March 2013 meeting. Staff has <br />drafted a preliminary Request for Proposal document using best value procurement. It is still a <br />work in progress that will be presented to the City Council at a later date for approval before it is <br />sent out to vendors. Staff is seeking feedback on the draft RFP from the Commission. Staff will <br />review the document at the meeting. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Discuss draft RFP document and suggest additions or revisions. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
