Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 220d day of March, 1999, at 6:30 p.m.. The following members were present: Mastel,Goedeke, Maschka, Wall and the following were absent: Wiski Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9644 A Resolution Vacating a Portion of County Road D In Connection with the Proposed Redevelopment at 3116 Fairview Avenue North (Ric Cox: PF3092) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request of Ric Cox for vacation of a portion of County Road D in connection with the proposed redevelopment of the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview Avenue and County Road D (3116 Fairview Avenue North) to allow for a small office building; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Ric Cox request for vacation of a portion of County Road D, approximately 7 ~ feet wide by 155.99 feet in length, directly east of Fairview Avenue adjacent property located at 3116 Fairview Avenue North, based on findings of the staff report dated March 10, 1999; WHEREAS, it appears that it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of County Road D in connection with the request for a Planned Unit Development to redevelop the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview and County Road D as a small office building (4,000-5,000 s.f.); NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates a portion of County Road D, said area legally described as: The west 200 feet of the north 133 feet of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, subject to roadway easements (PIN #042923120001). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka' Wall and the following voted against the same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
