<br />10. The maximum height of the display trellis shall be 12 feet (10 feet is proposed). No lighting <br />is proposed on the trellis. <br /> <br />11. No banners or signs may be hung from fences, trellis, or building. <br /> <br />12. The hours of operation will be limited to 8:00am to 9:00pm weekdays and 8:00am to <br />9:00pm on weekends during the peak seasons, with fewer hours in non-peak seasons. <br /> <br />13. Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the conditional <br />use permit, the applicant/owner must record the conditional use permit with the Ramsey <br />County Recorder. <br /> <br />14. If approved, this conditional use permit and variance shall expire 6 months after approval <br />if a building permit has not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />15. Product display will be allowed up to the wrought iron fence line. <br /> <br />16. Right turn only from parking lot exit on to Oakcrest Avenue West, with installation of <br />applicable directional signage. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Wall, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared dilly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\Planning Files\3096_Lyndale_ Garden LRCA_Res(032299).doc <br />
