<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a two foot height variance, from <br />4-foot to 6-foot, on property generally located at 2525 North Snelling Avenue, said <br />property being legally described as: <br /> <br />That part of Section 9, T29, R23, Ramsey County, MN, described as follows: <br />beginning at the intersection of the south line of the NE 1A of the NE 1A of <br />Section 9, T29, R23 and the west line of Snelling A venue,thence north along the <br />west line of Snelling Avenue 185' to its intersection with the centerline of <br />Oakcrest Avenue; thence south along the centerline 185' to the south line of the <br />NE 1A of the NE 1A of Section 9, T29,R23; thence east along said NE 1A of NE 1A <br />line 550' to the point of beginning, subject to Fry Street and Oakcrest Avenue, <br />commonly known as 2525 North Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />is hereby granted with the aforementioned findings/conditions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschkaa and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\Planning Files\3096_Lyndale_ Garden\Resolution]enceVariance(03.22.99).doc <br />
