Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council at approximately 6:00 p.m., with <br /> Councilmembers Laliberte, Willmus, McGehee, Etten, and Mayor Roe present. City At- <br /> torney Mark Gaughan and City Manager Bill Malinen were also present. <br /> Closed Executive Session <br /> Consider Property Acquisition of 2659 Victoria Street and 934-950 Woodhill Drive <br /> Mayor Roe noted that State Statutes, Section 13d.05 permits City Council meetings to be <br /> closed in order to discuss certain matters relating to prospective land purchases or sales, <br /> and that the City was considering a potential acquisition of land located at 2659 Victoria <br /> Street and 934-950 Woodhill Drive in Roseville, MN. <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, adjourning to Closed Executive Session to consider <br /> property acquisition at 2659 Victoria Street and 934-950 Woodhill Drive at approximate- <br /> ly 6:02 p.m. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe convened the City Council in Closed Executive Session at approximately <br /> 6:03 p.m. In addition to the City Councilmembers, City Manager Bill Malinen, Commu- <br /> nity Development Director Patrick Trudgeon, Parks & Recreation Director Lonnie <br /> Brokke, and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were in attendance. <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, adjourning the Closed Executive Session and returning <br /> to open session at approximately 6:33 p.m. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe convened the City Council in open session at approximately 6:35 p.m. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Laliberte requested removal of Consent Item 7.c entitled, "Approve <br /> General Purchases and Sale of Surplus Items in Excess of$5,000." <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested removal of Consent Item 7.e entitled, "Approve Con- <br /> tract for Printing Services." <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br />
