Who will maintain it and the <br /> plantings? <br /> The city planning commission has not given any reasons as to how this proposed plat <br /> will be a benefit to the existing neighbors (other then, an increased tax base for the city). <br /> They have only brought concerns and future issues that may arise from this. <br /> All questions to the planning commission and city council need to be addressed and <br /> answered before this measure goes to city council for finally approval.
