The city engineer said that they do not deal <br /> with ground water, who does? Do soil borings need to done, so if there is ground water <br /> issues, that will be taken into account. <br /> Who's responsible when the city approved water filtration system if it does not work? <br /> These ponds become unsightly and are mosquito breeders. Who will maintain it and the <br /> plantings? <br /> The city planning commission has not given any reasons as to how this proposed plat <br /> will be a benefit to the existing neighbors (other then, an increased tax base for the city). <br /> They have only brought concerns and future issues that may arise from this. <br /> All questions to the planning commission and city council need to be addressed and <br /> answered before this measure goes to city council for finally approval.
