Consider Approving a Joint Powers Agreement for IT Services with the City of Circle Pines McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, approval of a Joint Powers Agreement (At- tachment A) between the City of Roseville and the City of Circle Pines for the purpose of the City of Roseville providing IP telephony support services to the City of Circle Pines.
