3)Should the current administrative review process continue for Twin Lake development <br />125 <br />with more information shared to the City Council directly and the public,via the City <br />126 <br />website, regarding the proposed development, including renderings and site plan? <br />127 <br />128 <br />129 <br />Environmental Review <br />130 <br />131 <br />On October 15, 2012 the Twin Lakes Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) <br />132 <br />th <br />environmental review document lapsed. Previous to October 15, the City Council discussed <br />133 <br />the matter and decided to let the AUAR lapse as there was a desire to relook at Twin Lakes. <br />134 <br />We are currently in the Twin Lakes review process and will need to wait until the work is <br />135 <br />done to determine what type of environmental review documentation is desriable. <br />136 <br />137 <br />In the interim, any proposed development within Twin Lakes will need to conduct an <br />138 <br />Envrionmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) prior to receiving a building permit, pursuant <br />139 <br />to the City Council policy adopted in Resolution #11015 on October 15, 2012. <br />140 <br />141 <br />Once the Twin Lakes regulatory review process is completed, staff will bring forward <br />142 <br />discussion on items to consider regarding environmental review documentation. <br />143 <br />RCA <br />EQUESTED OUNCIL CTION <br />144 <br />No direct action is needed. However, based on discussion and consensus, direction should be <br />145 <br />given to staff regarding on next steps to pursue relating to Twin Lakes regulations.
