1005.04 Neighborhood Business (NB) District <br />Statement of Purpose: <br />A. e Neighborhood Business District <br />is designed to provide a limited range of neighborhood- <br /> e NB <br />district is also intended to: <br />1. Encourage mixed use at underutilized retail and <br />commercial intersections; <br />2. Encourage development that creates attractive gateways <br />to City neighborhoods; <br />3. Encourage pedestrian connections between <br />Neighborhood Business areas and adjacent residential <br />neighborhoods; <br />4.
