Results were received and follow ups were done <br /> 3. Survey data was reviewed and analyzed to compile the 10 Comparison City's <br /> matched based on best matched for similar positions — based on how many of ours <br /> they had in common <br /> a. Benchmark city's and positions were matched to Roseville based on similar <br /> organizations and like positions to establish a more accurate and valid <br /> comparison group - highs and lows as well as though with inconclusive <br /> data were not used either as comparison City or position. <br /> 4. Final Study results can be used for future wages adjustment (COLA) comparisons <br /> and budgeting to maintain market competitiveness. <br />
