Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m., and welcomed everyone. Voting and Seating Order: Willmus; Etten; McGe- <br /> hee; Laliberte; and Roe. Interim City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City Attorney <br /> Charlie Bartholdi were also present. Mayor Roe thanked C-TV for hosting tonight's City <br /> Council meeting while the audio system in the City Hall Council Chambers was being <br /> updated. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced several upcoming Parks & Recreation Renewal Program commu- <br /> nity meetings for various parks in the community; with additional information available <br /> on the City's website or by calling City Hall. <br /> Councilmember McGehee reminded the public of an upcoming meeting at Century Col- <br /> lege on June 10, 2013, held by Ramsey County to discuss ways to facilitate recharging <br /> area aquifers and maintaining lake levels; with additional information available through <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> As a representative of the City Council, Councilmember Laliberte reported on her most <br /> recent attendance at a Ramsey County League of Local Governments (RCLLG) meeting <br /> with the discussion centered on partnerships between municipalities and school districts. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte opined that it was a good discussion, with an historical presen- <br /> tation about those partnerships; and ideas brought forward by communities and school <br /> districts. <br /> Councilmember McGehee reported that she and Councilmember Etten had attended the <br /> final meeting of the CDI regarding the former Dale Street Fire Station and adjacent par- <br /> cels; with views expressed by residents in attendance. Councilmember McGehee opined <br /> that residents were supportive of the process and provided a list of issues and desired out- <br />
