City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1440 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECTION 403.01, RECYCLING <br /> COLLECTION <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> The Roseville City Code, Title 4, Section 403.01 (PURPOSE) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> SECTION 1: 403.01: PURPOSE: <br /> It is the intent of the City, by means of this Chapter, to establish a system of <br /> curbside recycling as a public utility for Residential Dwellings and Multi-Family <br /> Complexes in the City. <br /> SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 10 day of June 2013. <br />
