City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1441 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, SECTION 106.09, CITY <br /> DEPARTMENTS: PUBLIC WORKS <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> The Roseville City Code, Title 1, Section 106.09 (PUBLIC WORKS) is hereby amended as <br /> follows: <br /> SECTION 1: 106.09: PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> The Public Works Department shall be under the direction of the City Manager <br /> and Public Works Director, and is responsible for the design, construction and <br /> maintenance of public facilities, the provision of utility services, including <br /> recycling collection and operation and maintenance of city vehicles. <br /> SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 10 day of June 2013. <br />
