The conditional use permit shall expire within 6 months of the date of City Council <br />approval if a building permit is not obtained for the approved development (§ 1013.03 of <br />the City Code). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Kough, <br />Pust, Ihlan, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
