One of the conditions of the conditional use permit was that the company must <br />apply for a building permit within six months or the conditional use permit will expire. <br />BHJN, LLC would like to postpone construction on the site until final plans have been <br />decided upon, and is therefore requesting an extension of the six month condition. Our <br />intention is to continue with the plan to use the site for a child daycare. <br />We appreciate your time on this matter.
