:► i <br />BHJN, LLC would like to seek approval from the City Council for the end cap portion of <br />the building to be used for a day care center for children. This center is intended to <br />primarily be for the use of the employees of ACR Homes, Inc. However, it will also be <br />open to the public for child care purposes. In review of the current parking spaces, the <br />parking spaces needed for the daycare should not exceed the current amount available. <br />Drop-off and pick-up times will be the times for the highest parking needs; however, <br />these times are not expected to negatively impact any of the other businesses in the plaza. <br />The interior space will undergo remodeling to ensure compliance with Day care licensing <br />regulations. An outdoor playground will also be installed on the west side of the building <br />in compliance with licensing requirements. The playground is not expected to impact <br />parking as it will be at the rear side of the building. <br />
