B. Aluminum collected from the City based on the published <br />index less the proposed aluminum processing cost per ton. <br />The published index used shall be the American Metal <br />Market (AMM), Aluminum (1st issue of the month), high <br />side nonferrous scrap prices: scrap metals, domestic <br />aluminum producers, buying prices for processed used <br />aluminum cans in carload lots, f.o.b. shipping point, used <br />beverage can scrap. <br />C. Each: clear glass, brown glass and green/blue glass <br />collected from the City based on the market price less the <br />proposed glass processing cost per ton. The market price used <br />shall be the price paid by Anchor Glass Corporation’s <br />Shakopee, Minnesota plant, or a designated glass processing <br />facility. Glass composition is assumed to be: Flint 30%, <br />Amber 21%, Green 26% and Mixed 14%. <br />D. Steel collected from the City based on the published index <br />less the proposed steel processing cost per ton. The published <br />index used shall be the American Metal Market (AMM), <br />Aluminum (1st issue of the month), high side ferrous scrap <br />prices. <br />E. Plastic Bottles: PET, HDPE-natural, HDPE-colored <br />collected from the City based on the published index less the <br />proposed plastic processing cost per ton. The published index <br />used shall be the Waste News, Chicago Region (1st issue of <br />the month). <br />F. Other Plastic: plastic food and beverage containers, pails, <br />and trays with any of the resin identification codes #1-#5 <br />(excluding PET and HDPE bottles) collected from the City <br />based on the published index less the proposed plastic <br />processing cost per ton. The published index used shall be <br />www.SecondaryMaterialsPricing.com. <br />G. Aseptic Cartons based on the published index less the <br />proposed containers processing cost per ton. The published <br />index used shall be www.SecondaryMaterialsPricing.com. <br />H. Clothes, linens and rags collected from the City based on <br />the market price less the proposed processing cost per ton. <br />The market price used shall be the price paid by USAgain or <br />other designated clothing recycler. <br />33 <br /> <br />
