Attachment E <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 17 day of June 2013, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember _________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. _____ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM ÑLDRÒ, LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO ÑNBÒ <br />NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 600 COUNTY ROAD B (PF13-007). <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on June 5, 2013, <br />pertaining to the request they received from Mueller-Bies Funeral Home for a Comprehensive <br />Land Use Plan Amendment on property commonly known as 600 County Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from “LDR-1” (Low Density Residential-1 District) to “NB” (Neighborhood <br />Business District”; and <br /> WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: <br />That part of the E 100 feet of W 275.7 feet of N 400 feet of NW ¼ lying N of a line run <br />from a point 193 feet S of NI and 175.5 feet E of WI of SD ½ to point on EI of W 275.7 feet 190 <br />feet S of NI of SD ½ (subject to pathway in widened road in Document No. 2605106), in Section <br />13 Township 29 Range 23. <br /> WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />recommended approval (5 - 0) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating <br />support for the neighbor commercial development; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of June 17, 2013, was presented <br />with the project report from the Community Development Staff regarding the subject request; <br />and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby approves the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from “LDR” (Low Density Residential) to “NB” <br />(Neighborhood Business) for property located at 600 County Road B (legally described above), <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a. <br />The review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. <br />b. <br />Passage and publication of an ordinance properly and consistently rezoning of the <br />subject parcel. <br /> <br />
