As a condition of the January variance approval, impervious coverage on the property is to <br />be limited to 41 % of the lot arca prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Because the <br />building will not be constructed until later this spring Thomas Paschke (the Ciry Planner) and 1 <br />will wait until that time to measure the area of the paving-stone parking area in the front of the <br />house to determine how much (if any) will need to be removed to satisfy the conditions of the <br />variance approval.
