I want to build a 24x26 two car garage and update the attached porch <br />that is currently existing with a single car garage. I can not meet the existing <br />code by about SS feet to build the garage. Pm constructing and stucco garage <br />to match the house. I will be putting in a new concrete slab for the garage <br />and putting in a asphalt driveway. This will eliminate the current gravel <br />driveway that is grand fathered in. The cost will be $35,000 -$40,000. The <br />new garage would extend to the edge of the gravel driveway now currently <br />there. I am disabled with a lung disease and it would be much easier for me <br />to store my cars in a garage than to have to deal with the weather elements. <br />Like snow and ice. <br />I could access my garage from the inside of my house . All other houses in <br />the cul-de-sac are double car garages and this would fit in appearance wise <br />for the neighborhood. <br />
