2. Measures must be taken to provide on-site mitigation of storm water from the <br />marginal impervious surface area. Such mitigation measures may include <br />directing rain gutters toward the interior of the lot, installing and maintaining <br />a"rain garden" filtration basin, or some combination of these or other <br />measures as approved by the City Engineer. <br />3.
