<br />ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM ON
<br />OPEN AND OUTDOOR STORAGE AS

<br />Section 1.
<br />An Interim Ordinance establishing a
<br />moratorium relating to certain property
<br />within the City of Little Canada.
<br />(A) Purpose and Intent. The City of Little
<br />Canada has adopted a Comprehensive
<br />Plan and OHicial Controls, pursuant to
<br />Minn. Stat. §§462.351 to 462.354, and
<br />the Little Canada City Council has
<br />authorized staff to conduct a study and to
<br />analyze existing uses, proposed uses,
<br />and existing zoning of the property
<br />described below within the City of Little
<br />Canada, for the purpose of considering
<br />amendments to the Comprehensive Plan
