EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26`�' day of March, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Kough, Pust, Roe, Ihlan and Mayor Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10487 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR RAMSEY COUNTY AT 515 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF07-004) WHEREAS, Ramsey County, is the owner of property at 515 Larpenteur Avenue; and WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: SARAH'S OUT LOTS TO ST. PAUL, SUBECT TO EASEMENTS AND SUBJECT TO LARPENTEUR AVENUE AND WAGNER STREET, A TRACT COMPOSED OF LOTS 1, 2, 7, AND 8 PIN: 13-29-23-33-0001 WHEREAS, the property owner seeks permission for a temporary concrete/asphalt recycling operation on property zoned R-1, Single-Family Residence District; and WHEREAS, the proposed recycling operation is not a permitted use in the R-1 District; and WHEREAS § 1012.09A of the City Code states: "The City Council may authorize an Interim Use Permit of property. Interim uses may not be consistent with the land uses designated on the adopted Land Use Plan. They may also fail to meet all of the zoning standards established for the district within which it is located."; and WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, and voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated March 7, 2007; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that conditional approval of the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT will/will not adversely affect conditions on nearby properties and will/will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville;
