Over the past 4
years the commercial property surrounding my home has expanded. This expansion has resulted in increased noise, traffic,
trash, trespassing and other undesirable affects which are impacting the enjoyment of my home. I believe my neighbors are
equally frustrated.
What factors are analyzed when deciding to grant or deny a variance? Do the concerns of the residential property owners impact
the decision? What can I do to insure my concerns and those of my neighbors are considered?
Here are the details from the Variance Board notification card:
Site: 1790 Lexington Ave.
PIN: 14-29-23-33-00116
Applicant: SDDI Signs Systems (PF07-008)
Any guidance or advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Chris Meyer
1075 Roma Ave
(cell) 612-839-4444
cc: John and Bernadette Galaba
1057 Roma Avenue
johnanobern@comcast.net
Matt and Michelle Richards
1058 Roma Avenue
weechildmsn.com
02/O 1 /2007
