� <br />...� <br />Document# 4015762 <br />Recorded 03/20/2007 1640 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />1.3.2 201751 <br />EXTRACT OF 1VIIl�TUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY 4F RQSEVILI�E <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7�' day of February, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were preseni: Acting Chair Boerigter artd members Woziak and <br />Bakeman. <br />Variance Board Member Bakeman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 53 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO VARIANCES TO §1009.03M (GROUND SIGNS) <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CQDE FOR THE LEXINGTON PROFESSIONAL <br />BUILDING,1790 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF07-008) <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Professional Building have requested VARIANCES to <br />§ 1009.03M (Ground Signs) to allow the replacement of an existing freestanding <br />ground/monument sign on the premises; and <br />as: <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1790 Lexington Avenue, and legally described <br />The South 87 feet of Lot 8, Block 1, Memorial Addition Na. 1, <br />subject to easements <br />PIN: 14-29-23-33-00 lb <br />WHEREAS, Section 1009.03M requires freestanding ground/monument signs to be set <br />back a minimum of 15 feet from a property line and have a maximum height of 8 feet; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant seeks to install a new freestanding ground/monument sign 1 <br />foot from the property line {a 14 foot encroachment) and which sign would be 10 feet in height (a <br />^ 2 foot overage); and <br />1 '� <br />
