Which would really serve our needs for the 2007 season. Tony Dorso the owner is willing to lease the S. E. corner of his 10 acres on Clevland Ave. to us, if the City of Roseville will allow it.If the FBI buys it, the closing is late fa112007. We will put heavy duty silt fence completely around the 2201.f. by 2001.f. area we want to use. We will install a 50 foot temporary construction entrance which has 6" thick 2" clear rock, on filter fabric, which will keep us from tracking dirt as we enter or leave the yard, and we will also install a heavy duty lockable gate to protect any vandalism or stealing of our equipment or stored materials. We will also have Keller Fence install a 6 foot high metal fence with a colored fabric woven through it, so the business to the south of us will have a more pleasant view to the North . We plan on storing a few pieces of equipment, and some job materials like manhole sections, trench boxes, 27" manhole rings, sand & cement covered. We also will need to use this lot to store some 4000+ cubic yards of granular material , from 2 bridge abutments we have to excavate for Lunda Construction Company . We need to store the 4000 C.Y.'s of granular for 2 months while they pour the abutments, and then we need to bring it back & backfill both abutments. The railroad Bridge is close to Hennepin Ave. on Main Street N.E. Mpls., where the Burlington-Santa Fe railroad runs.
