� <br />� <br />� <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of February, <br />2007, at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Chair Boerigter and Alternate <br />Members Bakeman and Wozniak. <br />Variance Board Member Bakeman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 52 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1004 (RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR BRAD WELP FOR THE <br />PROPERTY AT 1828 DALE COURT (PF07-005) <br />WHEREAS, Brad Welp has a contract to purchase property from Charles <br />Weleczski pending the approval of necessary VARIANCES; and <br />WHEREAS, Brad Welp has requested VARIANCES to § 1004 (Residential <br />Districts) to allow encroachments of a principal structure into the required front- and rear- <br />yard setbacks; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is addressed as 1828 Dale Court, and is legally <br />described as: <br />Weleczki Addition, excluding that part south of a line described as beginning at the <br />soutLwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, thence north 31° 39' 25" east 92.19 feet to the <br />point of beginning, thence south 88° 37' S4" east 112.85 feet to the east line of said <br />lot, and there terminating; Lot 1 Block 1 <br />PIN: 14-29-23-41-0087 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />1- � <br />i � <br />
