Attachment E EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7`" day of March, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. The following members were present: Variance Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: VB RESOLUTION NO. 54 A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1018.05 (DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE OF PARKING AND LOADING AREAS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CAVE & ASSOCIATES FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2353 RICE STREET WHEREAS, Cave & Associates has requested VARIANCES to §1018.05 (Design and Maintenance of Parking and Loading Areas) to allow encroachments of a � principal structure into the required front- and rear-yard setbacks; and WHEREAS, the property is addressed as 2353 Rice Street, and is legally described as: Parcel 1: All of Lot 1, Block 1, Hillsborough, Ramsey County, except the land lying Southerly of the described line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lotl, thence South 299.01 feet along the East line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning of the line herein describing, thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds West along a line for 300 feet, more or less, to a point on the West line of said Lot 1 and there terminating said described line being the center of vacated Bismark Avenue AND, except that part of Lot 1, Block 1, Hillsborough, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying within the following described lines: commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, thence South 299.02 feet along the East line of said Lot 1, to the point of beginning of the land herein described, thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds West 122.0 feet, thence East 122.0 feet, thence 5outh 54.29 feet to the point of beginning Ramsey County, Minnesota ALSO EXCEPTING the part of Lot 1, Block 1, Hillsborough overlying Lots 11 and 12 including that part of adjoining Bismark Avenue vacated and including that part of the South'/: of the adjoining alley vacated lying Westerly of the extension across said avenue and said alley of the East line of said Lot 11, and Lots 26 and 27 including that part of the North'h of the adjoining alley vacated lying Westerly of the extension across said alley of the East line of said Lot 27, all in Block 8, Rice � Street Grand View Addition to St. Paul.
