\ i�� �` <br />� <br />!.. �-G/ <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7t" day of March, 2007, <br />at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Chair Boerigter and Members <br />Bakeman and Wozniak. <br />Variance Board Member Bakeman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 54 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1018.05 (DESIGN AND <br />MAINTENANCE OF PARKING AND LOADING AREAS) OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY CODE FOR CAVE & ASSOCIATES FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />h�c�jc�.� [�1�y1 Y .� �I �II � <br />WHEREAS, Cave & Associates has requested VARIANCES to § 1018.05 (Design <br />and Maintenance of Parking and Loading Areas) to allow encroachments of a principal <br />structure into the required front- and rear-yard setbacks; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is addressed as 2353 Rice Street, and is legally <br />described as: <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />� "� <br />
