The legal <br />description for the property is on file with the City; the PIN is 12-29-23-41-0047. <br />PLANNING FILE 07-012: Request by Gold Eagle Cleaners for VARIANCES to §1018 <br />(Parking Requirements) to allow an addition to an existing retail building at 1233 Larpenteur <br />Avenue. Attend the Public Hearing and address the Variance Board, or view it on Cable Channel 16. <br />4.
