CITY of ROSEVILLE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the ROSEVILLE VARIANCE BOARD will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. to consider the following public hearings: PLANNING FILE 07-011: Request by Cave and Associates, Ltd., 2489 Rice Street, for a VARIANCE to §703 (Public Ways) to allow a new parking lot entrance on Woodbridge Street to encroach into the required setback from the intersection at Grandview Avenue. PLANNING FILE 07-012: Request by Gold Eagle Cleaners for VARIANCES to §1018 (Parking Requirements) to allow an addition to an existing retail building at 1233 Larpenteur Avenue.
