"If a development project other than a COLLEGE <br />phase of development or background traffic that is greater than anticipated in the traffic study dated 04/24/07 adds to <br />the volume of traffic to the Fairview/Lydia intersection, then the COLLEGE shall pay its pro-rata share of the <br />improvement costs based on new traffic added to the intersection by the construction phases contemplated by this <br />Agreement compared to the overall new traffic added to the intersection after the date of this agreement." <br />What does this mean? I'm afraid the meaning is lost to me (and I suspect to anyone who didn't actually write it). I <br />would like to see alternative language. Also, if my high school English teacher were reading this, I believe that he <br />would point out that that that date should be written out (i.e., Apri124, 2007) in formal documents. <br />09/24/2007 <br />
