Northwestern College Master Plan <br />Roseville, Minnesota <br />Supplement <br />Findings of Fact <br />Conclusions of Law <br />And Order <br />40. Based on the criteria established in Minn. R. 4410.1700 (2003), there are no potential <br />significant environmental effects reasonably expected to occur from the Northwestern <br />College Master Plan. <br />41. An EIS is not required. <br />42. Any findings that might properly be termed conclusions and any conclusions that might <br />properly be termed findings are hereby adopted as such. <br />ORDER <br />The City of Roseville determines that there is not the potential for significant environmental <br />effects from the Northwestern College Master Plan and that there is no need for an <br />Environmental Impact Statement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Roe and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Roe and <br />Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: Kough and Ihlan <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />: <br />4849-1559-2961�.3 8/20/2007 1:27 PM <br />
