Northwestern College proposes to implement its Master Plan, which increases <br />the total FTE student population from 1,600 to 2,400 and provides facilities, parking, and infrastructure to <br />support the current enrollment and increased student population. The primary College site consists of <br />94.64 acres and is located in Arden Hills and Roseville. The purpose of the project is to accommodate <br />current enrollment and growth in student population, staff, and faculty on the existing campus. The <br />project is necessary to provide facilities and parking for the growth expected over the next 20 years. <br />Copies of this letter, the EAW, and the revised Traffic and Parking Impact Study are being distributed to <br />those agencies on the current EQB document review list and others in hard copy format. These documents <br />along with additional attachments are also being provided via CD. Please contact Angela Torres at <br />(651) 292-4471 to request a hard copy of any documents provided on the CD. <br />The required State review period will begin upon publication of the EAW availability notice in the <br />May 21, 2007, EQB Monitor. Comments will be accepted through June 20, 2007, and will be considered <br />for inclusion in the final EAW.
