-�. <br />� <br />REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />DATE: 03/07/07 <br />ITEM NO: 5c <br />Department Approval: Agenda Section: <br />TP PUBLIC HEARING <br />Item Description: Request by MSP Commercial for a VACATION of a PEDESTRIAN <br />PATHWAY EASEMENT and a PRELIMINARY PLAT of properry at <br />2700 Snellin� Avenue (PF776). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1.1 MSP Commercial (in conjunction with JLT Roseville Corporate Center LLC) has <br />requested approval of the proposed VACATION/REDEDICATION of the existing <br />PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY EASEMENT (found in the northeast portion of the <br />property) and the PRELIMINARY PLAT of Venture 4th Addition, a subdivision that <br />divides the existing 14.85 acre lot into two legal, conforming commercial lots. <br />1.2 A similar subdivision was approved by the City of Roseville on July 19, 2006, but was <br />rejected by the Ramsey County Surveyor. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />• Application Submitted & Determined Complete: February 15, 2007. <br />• 60-Day Review Deadline: April 16, 2007. <br />• Project Report Recommendation: March 7, 2007. <br />• Anticipated Planning Commission Action: March 7, 2007. <br />• Anticipated City Council Action: March 26, 2007. <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />2.1 The City Planner recommends approval of PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY EASEMENT <br />VACATION and PRELIMINARY PLAT, subject to conditions. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 BY MOTION, RECOMMEND APPROVAL of the PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY <br />EASEMENT VACATION and PRELIMINARY PLAT w/conditions (see Section 7 <br />for detailed recommendation). <br />PF07-014_RPCA_030707.doc Page 1 of 1 <br />
