My Office received the Plat of MSP Addition for review �u�ust 11, 2006. Preliminary Plat copies v��ere distributed to other interested parties August 15, 2006. On August 21, 2006 we received a revised plat with a name change to V enture 4th Addition. We reviewed the subject plat dated August 21 and sent comments and necessary corrections back to the surveyor October 17, 2006. One of the necessary corrections was to show the public thoroughfare described as a public trail on easement document #3795935, dated Septerr�ber 28, 2004 and also described as a public trail on an amendment tc� easement Document #?850586, dated March ?_5, 2005. We requested the trail to be designated as a"Pedestrian Way" and be dedicated to the public as an existing thoroughfare on the subject plat. Several phone calls were received from the surveyors, attorneys, the City and the developer as they had been advised they did not have to show the thoroughfare. We also suggested an alternative was to vacate it and if in the future they decided to have a public trail they could recreate it by separate document after the recording of the plat.
