�--., <br />� <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of April, 2007, <br />at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Chair Boerigter and Members <br />Doherty and Wozniak <br />Variance Board Member poherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 55 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1004 (RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR BRUCE LINDBERG, <br />1213 BURKE AVENUE (PF07-015) <br />WHEREAS, Bruce Lindberg has requested a VARIANCE to § 1004 (Residential <br />Districts) to allow an encroachment into a required setback; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1213 Burke Avenue, and legally <br />described as: <br />,, SUBJECT TO FERNWOOD AVENUE OVER THE WEST 3 FEET <br />' LOT 15, BLOCK 1 KELLER'S MAYFLOWER PARK <br />PIN: 15-29-23-11-0018 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 requires a principal structure setback of 30 feet <br />from a side property line adjacent to a public right-of-way; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Bruce Lindberg seeks a 10-foot variance to this setback requirement; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
