Our preference is to build a 4-story Applewood Pointe Senior <br />Cooperative, similar to the one we built off of Arona and County Road C2. We would <br />also anticipate building approximately 20 town homes on the site. <br />We have the property under contract and would like to proceed thoughtfully and quickly <br />through municipal approvals. We have a limited amount of time to perform our Due <br />Diligence and for this reason would like to proceed quickly with the municipal approvals. <br />Enclosed you will find a copy of the site survey, as well as a preliminary site plan. I <br />would appreciate your review of the guide plan and zoning of this site to assist us with <br />determining the type of density that is permitted given its existing zoning. Please either <br />email me at bcarevC�uproperties.com, or call me at 952-893-8846 to give me a sense of <br />the timeline you will require to investigate the density that can be permitted on the site. <br />As we suggested in our meeting earlier this week along with John Stark, we are <br />interested in discussing how we might be able to provide an affordable senior <br />component to this cooperative, and how the City might assist in that regard as well.
