\ � J � <br />., <br />; <br />� <br />Document# 4266189 <br />Recorded 0210412011 1600 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />3.2.6 544192A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 17�' day of August 2009, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following Members were present: Pust; Johnson; Roe and Klausing; <br />and the following Members were absent: Ihlan. <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10743 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT #1375, APPLEWOOD POINTE AT LANGTON LAKE, <br />(PF07-006) <br />WHEREAS, United Properties has requested an amendment to the PUD Agreernent <br />approved in 2008 for the purpose of constructing the residential structure in two phases; and <br />WHEREAS, upon filing of the related plat the subject property is legally described as: <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />requested PUD AMENDMENT on August 5, 2009, voting 5-1 to recommend approval of the <br />� request based on public comment and the comments and findings of the staff report prepared for <br />said public heanng; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the requested PUD AMENDMENT in accordance with Section § 1008 of the Roseville City <br />Code, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Revised plans shall be submitted for inclusion in the PUD Agreement and shall <br />show the specific Phase I site plan, grading plan, landscape plan, floor plans, and <br />building elevations which are consistent with a phased implementation of the <br />Page 1 of 3 �� <br />b <br />
